How do I claim my energy credit?
Once you have your new ATCO Energy plan, check out the home services we offer in your area. Complete your service each quarter and you’ll get $50 back on your energy bill. You get a lower energy bill, and your home gets some TLC. Win win.
Who’s eligible?
All ATCO Energy residential customers who live in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, or Lethbridge where our home services are offered. Your account must be in good standing to receive your credit.
Will credits carry over to another quarter?
No, once the quarter is over the credit expires. You will have another chance to save in the following quarter.
* The Do More quarterly $50 credit program requires an active account and good financial standing for 90 days prior, with credits being applied when service is completed and expiring at the end of each quarter. Credits cannot be combined with other quarterly credits or carried forward to subsequent periods. This program may be modified or discontinued at our discretion; additional terms and restrictions may apply.
