What’s the Guaranteed Rate Plan?
This plan keeps things simple by offering a guaranteed rate (sometimes called a fixed rate) for both electricity and natural gas.
Guaranteed rates are, well, guaranteed! The rate you pay per kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity and gigajoule (GJ) of natural gas won’t change for the duration of your contract. Only the amount of energy you use will impact your bill.
