It's easy to renew or change your energy plan with us.
We've made it easy to renew on a plan we think you'll love. But you're always free to choose a different ATCO Energy plan instead. You're not locked in and can switch anytime.
Log into your My Account and select My Energy. Go to the Manage My Plan tab and review your renewal options.
The choice is yours. While variable rates can occasionally save you money, they're also unpredictable. Guaranteed rates give you stability and make it easier to budget.
Whatever plan you’re on, you can choose a payment option that fits your lifestyle, including credit card payments or automatic bank withdrawals.
Your plan will auto-renew on a month-to-month plan. You can switch to a longer term anytime. No matter what you choose, you won’t be locked in.
Not at all. You’re all set to automatically renew on a new ATCO Energy plan when your current plan expires. We’re always happy to hear from you if you want to contact us, but you don’t need to take any action.

Absolutely. We’ll send you a confirmation email with the details of your new plan. If you don’t have an email address linked to your account, please update your account profile. Otherwise, we’ll send your confirmation by mail.
